DAY NINE

Day Nine


Okay so Day Nine is here, (a day late)


Breakfast - Tracker Bar
Snack - Go Ahead Snack
Lunch - Chicken wrapped in back and cheese with BBQ sauce (a bit naughty but was great)
Snack - Go Ahead Snack
Dinner - Sausage Casserole with carrots and roast potatoes (i know roast potatoes)


So i done my 3 mile walk, my legs are feeling a lot better this day (still ache a bit)

I Then done a following of exercise sequences:

20 Squats
20 Sit Ups

Planked for 20 seconds


I am trying to find good exercises for my thighs and bum (any advice tips for this would be great)
